Welcome back to Ask Velvet Podcast. From the porch to the couch, welcome to the show. Real talk, real life, just telling it my way. No scripts, no filters, I'm keeping it real. Today, I'm excited because this Saturday I'll be participating in the DC Pride Parade. I'll be out there walking, meeting people, and spreading the word about the Ask Velvet Podcast. One of the things I'll be carrying is a sign, letting people know about my podcast, where they can find it, and how they can listen. My goal is simple introduce new people to the show, connect with listeners, and hopefully gain some new subscribers, followers, and supporters along the way. I've worked hard building this podcast and every new listener means a lot. This weekend is not just about walking in a parade. It's about connecting with people and sharing something I've put my heart into creating. As many of you know, Ask Velvet is available on multiple platforms and I'm always looking for ways to grow the podcast and reach new audiences. I'm hoping that being at the DC Pride Parade will help introduce the show to people who may never have heard of it before. I have a goal this weekend. My dream is to see the podcast receive anywhere from a thousand to three thousand downloads. That's an ambitious goal. But if you don't set big goals for yourself, you'll never know what you're capable of achieving. Whether it's one new listener or one thousand new listeners, every download matters. Every person who listens, subscribes, follows, shares an episode, or tells a friend about the podcast helps this show continue to grow. And this is where I'm asking for your help, my listeners. If you've ever enjoyed an episode, laughed at one of my stories, agreed with one of my opinions, learned something new, or simply appreciate what I'm trying to build with this podcast, I would truly appreciate your support this weekend. Help me reach my goal by subscribing, following the podcast, downloading episodes, sharing them on social media, and telling your friends and family about the show. Every download counts, every share matters, every new listener makes a difference. I'll also be letting people know that if they'd like to support the podcast financially, they can donate through my Cash App. Any donations I receive will go directly toward improving the podcast through better equipment, upgraded recording tools, and other resources that will help me create an even better experience for my listeners. As many of you know, quality equipment isn't cheap, but it's an investment that can help take the podcast to the next level. So if you're able to donate, thank you. If you're able to share the podcast, thank you. If you're able to download an episode, thank you. Every bit of support is appreciated and none of it goes unnoticed. If you happen to see me at the DC Pride Parade this Saturday, don't be shy. Come say hello and let me know that you are either listening to my podcast or following it, and let me know what you think. I'd love the opportunity to meet some of the people who make this podcast possible. And to those who have already been supporting the Ask Velvet podcast, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Whether you've been listening since the beginning or you just recently discovered the show, your support means more than you know. As always, thank you for listening to the Ask Velvet Podcast. Please subscribe, follow, download episodes, leave a review, and share the podcast with others. Together, let's see if we can make this an amazing weekend for the show and reach that goal of 1,000 to 3,000 downloads. I hope everyone has a safe, fun, and amazing Pride Weekend. Keep smiling, keep pushing forward, keep believing in yourself, and remember that your story matters. Until next time, this is Velvet, and you've been listening to Ask Velvet podcast. See you on the next episode.
