Welcome back to Ask Dove Podcast. Thank you for tuning in wherever you're listening from. On today's episode, I want to share some exciting news about the future of the podcast and a new voice that you may be hearing very soon. For over 30 years, I have had a best friend who has been by my side through so many chapters of my life. We've laughed together, talked through life's ups and downs, shared stories, and had some amazing conversations. And because our conversations are so entertaining, I've decided that I want to bring her onto the podcast as a co-host. Now, before anyone starts asking when she's coming on, there's just one small problem. We're still waiting for her to decide what her podcast name is going to be. My bestie is incredibly talented, outspoken, funny, and not afraid to speak her mind. The chemistry we have after more than three decades of friendship is something you just can't manufacture. It's natural, it's real, and I truly believe my listeners are going to love her. The only thing holding things up right now is her trying to decide what she wants to be called on the podcast. I've been waiting patiently and hopefully she'll make up her mind before the end of the year or before I close my eyes permanently. I'm joking. Well, kind of. Once she settles on a name, the plan is to officially introduce her to all of you, my listeners. She'll come on and do a few episodes with me so everyone can get to know her. Then she'll have the opportunity to do some solo episodes where she can share her own thoughts, stories, and perspectives. And of course, we'll also do episodes together because that's where the magic happens. I think adding another voice to the podcast will make things even more fun and bring fresh conversations to the table. Sometimes the best discussions happen between people who have known each other for years. And that's exactly what you'll be getting from us. So that's the big update for today. Keep an eye out because my bestie will be making her Ask Velvet Podcast debut as soon as she finally chooses her podcast name. Trust me, when that day comes, you're going to want to be listening.
